Who we are
Stratalis, 10A, rue du Puits, L-2355 Luxembourg, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at contact@stratalis.eu.
What data we collect
The only personal data we collect through this website is the information you submit voluntarily via the contact form:
- First and last name
- Work email address
- Organisation and role
- The content of your message
This website measures audience with a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool that does not identify individual visitors (see Cookies below); it does not use advertising cookies or third-party profiling tools.
Why we process it
We process this data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to establish a professional relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are retained for no longer than necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and in any event no longer than 24 months after our last exchange, unless a professional engagement requires otherwise.
Who receives it
Your data is accessible only to Stratalis. It is transmitted via our technical infrastructure hosted by OVH (France/EU), acting as processor. It is not sold, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or transferred outside the European Union.
How we protect it
Communications with this website are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the data you submit is restricted to Stratalis, and appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to protect it against unauthorised access, alteration or loss.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or profiling cookies, and its analytics are cookie-free. See our Cookie Policy for details.
The Prescient platform
Prescient, our deadline-intelligence tool hosted at fdi.stratalis.eu, is accessible to account holders only and processes the data required to operate the service (account credentials and usage data). Its terms are communicated to users when access is granted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to withdraw consent where processing is based on it, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Luxembourg, the CNPD). To exercise your rights, write to contact@stratalis.eu.
